Our Return Policy
We want each and every one of our customers to love what they purchased from us. From time to time we have a customer who would like to make a purchase. This page summarizes our basic return policy.
Please refuse any damaged shipments and report concealed damage within 1 business day. Please notify us immediately, but no more than 7 days after a shipping error. If we make a mistake on a domestic or international order, we cover the costs of fixing that mistake. That means we will either supply you a return shipping label or issue a call tag and ship the correct order out. We do have to make sure the return is picked up before sending the replacement.
If we shipped you the correct product but you don't want it and would like to send it back, you will need to get a return authorization within 30 days of placing the order. Once the return authorization has been issued, you need to ship the product back, in new condition immediately. The product must be received within 15 days of the issuance of a return authorization. You are responsible for original and return shipping costs as well as any brokerage fees on international orders.
